Itransition is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with advanced Microsoft .NET expertise to join its global delivery team, offering full remote flexibility across India, Poland, and the EU. In this high-impact, system-level engineering role, you will design, architect, and deploy complex multi-tier software systems from absolute scratch. Moving beyond basic feature development, you will establish project-wide technical blueprints, enforce elite coding standards, and guide cross-functional squads delivering software for world-class brands like PayPal, Xerox, Philips, Toyota, and Adidas. This role focuses heavily on cross-platform development—merging robust .NET backend microservices with responsive, state-driven React user interfaces.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of verified professional experience operating in the IT industry, specifically building and shipping large-scale, enterprise-grade distributed software.
• Deep engineering command over the Microsoft ecosystem, with extensive hands-on experience utilizing ASP.NET MVC, building RESTful Web APIs, and configuring robust object-relational mapping (ORM) frameworks.
• Reliable proficiency in structuring, optimizing, and maintaining relational (SQL) or non-relational (NoSQL) database layers.
• Strong frontend production capabilities, including solid hands-on experience building highly interactive web views utilizing React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and clean HTML5/CSS3.
• Advanced conceptual knowledge and practical execution of clean code architecture, cloud design patterns, and decoupled systems.
• Refined soft skills with English proficiency high enough to comfortably lead complex technical deep-dives and architectural review conversations with international clients and stakeholders.
• Active experience utilizing Agentic AI tools, LLM-assisted coding models (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot), and Spec-Driven Development methodologies.
• Practical infrastructure familiarity with public cloud providers (MS Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Hands-on knowledge configuring automated CI/CD pipelines, static code analysis gates, automated test execution, and working within active SCRUM loops.
• Experience structuring advanced analytical integrations utilizing Databricks and Power BI.
